Deposit: A $100.00 USD per seat deposit is due 14 days after space is held. This deposit cannot be applied toward ticket purchase. Contractor may cancel all or any portion of the block space up to 90 days prior to departure without penalty. At 89 days you are responsible to utilize 90 percent of the space you are holding. If you exceed the 10 percent a $100.00 USD penalty per person will apply. If your group falls below 10 passengers you are considered individual passengers and you forfeit the entire deposit. Upon verification of group space utilization a refund will be processed less applicable cancellation penalties or service fees.

Names and ticketing are due 30 days prior to departure date.

One name change per ticket will be allowed after ticketing with no administrative service charge provided name change is made prior to commencement of travel.

Fare must show on ticket.

No deviations are allowed.

This agreement covers group travel only. A group consists of a minimum of ten /10/ ticketed passengers who must travel on AA to the same destination on the same flight. In the event your group does not meet this minimum, passengers will be considered individual travelers and must be ticketed at the current published fare for which they qualify.

Opening Day at the Tracks

Welcome to Zazzah. Personally, when i was but a young lad, I remember getting a $1800 RT International Airplane tix from JFK NYC to Mexico City. All i had to do is hand carry an official document from what looked like the UN to the Embassy in Mexico. I don't have specifics on this as its been a while now. But i do remember thinking that WOW, "I betcha the Courier Service Made even more money! - I wonder if there's a way to cut them out and get a free ticket AND CASH!!!?!?!"
